FIRTH INDUSTRIES LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton and carrying on business as manufacturers and suppliers of concrete products; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at New Plymouth, on the 10th day of March 1978, at 9.30 o'clock in the forenoon; and and creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928
Notice is hereby given that the Whangarei City Council proposes to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, the land described in the Schedule hereto, for the purpose of improving the Raumanga Stream, this work being part of the Whangarei Flood Prevention Scheme. Notice is further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the said council situated in Bank Street, Whangarei, and is there available for public inspection without fee by all persons during office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said work, or by the taking of such land, who have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board. If any objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

PETROLEUM PIPELINE REGULATIONS 1964
NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of the Petroleum Act 1937, the undersigned has applied to the Minister of Mines for a pipeline authorisation to convey Natural Gas by pipeline from a valve in the Stratford gas receiving station to a proposed new Metering and Pressure Regulating Station adjacent to the Taranaki Co-operative Dairy factory at Stratford.
