Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road: in Block VIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Whakatane District.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road from and after the 2nd day of March 1978.
