Engineers’ Registration Act Notice

PURSUANT to section 8 of the Engineers’ Registration Amendment Act 1944, the Minister of Works and Development hereby determines, after consultation with the Municipal Association of New Zealand Incorporated and the New Zealand Counties’ Association Incorporated, that the total annual expenditure of any local authority for the purposes of the first proviso to section 8 (2) of the Engineers’ Registration Amendment Act 1944 is hereby increased to $150,000.
