Revocation of Reservation over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for local purposes (school site) over the land, described in the Schedule hereto.

Alteration in Frequency of Sittings—Magistrates' Courts: Invercargill, Gore and Lumsden

PURSUANT to section 22 (1) of the Magistrate's Court Act 1947, the Minister of Justice has approved that, from 1 January 1979:

1. The Magistrate's Court at Invercargill sits daily.
2. The Magistrate's Court at Gore sits fortnightly on two consecutive days.
3. The Magistrate's Court at Lumsden sits monthly.
