NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 24 (5) (b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, has specified Otumoetai Health Centre, Tauranga, as a place at which controlled drugs may be prescribed, administered, or supplied for the purpose of treating persons dependent on controlled drugs.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 24 (5) (a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, has specified Thomas Derisley Stuart Seddon as a medical practitioner who may prescribe, administer, or supply controlled drugs for the purpose of treating persons dependent on controlled drugs.
