Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Street in the City of Auckland

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated 18 August 1977, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 104, of 6 October 1977, at p. 2634, taking land for street in the City of Auckland by deleting the word “street” where it appears in the heading and in the fourth line of the declaration and substituting therefor the words “street purposes”.
