Declaring Singapore Armed Forces Vehicles to be Exempt from Payment of Registration Fees and Annual Licence Fees under the Transport Act

PURSUANT to regulation 2A (2) of the Motor Vehicles Registration and Licensing Regulations 1965*, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that any vehicles owned and operated in New Zealand by the Singapore Armed Forces are exempt from the payment of registration fees and annual licence fees under the Transport Act 1962.
