A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with road diversion; and shall vest in the Southland County Council as from the date hereinafter mentioned and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of December 1978.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to North West Nelson State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976) I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the North West Nelson State Forest Park.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY—BULLER COUNTY
