AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
SPECIAL ORDER
The Auckland Regional Authority, in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 43, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf doth hereby resolve, by special resolution intended to operate as a special order, to borrow the sum of three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) as a special loan, to be known as Drainage Loan No. 89, 1978, $3,500,000, for the purposes of and incidental to the provision of additions to the Manukau sewage purification works and new sewer extensions.
The foregoing special order was passed at an ordinary meeting of the Auckland Regional Authority, held on 16 October 1978, and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Authority, held on 20 November 1978, having meantime been advertised in the Auckland Star, on 21 October 1978 and 11 November 1978.
The Common Seal of the Auckland Regional Authority was hereunto affixed in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary:
