Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 281 of the
Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-
named company will be held at the offices of Wilkinson
Wilberfoss, Fifteenth Floor, National Mutual Centre, 37-41
Shortland Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 19th day of
December 1978, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the
purpose of having an account laid before it showing how
