of Whangarei, Barrister and Solicitor, to be a Stipendiary Magistrate to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand, the jurisdiction of the Children and Young Persons Courts and the domestic jurisdiction of the Magistrates’ Courts.
