Amendment to the Urewera National Park Bylaws

PURSUANT to the National Parks Act 1952, a resolution has been passed by the Urewera National Park Board resolving that a new bylaw, as set out in the Schedule hereto, be added to the bylaws made in respect of the said park and such resolution has been approved by the National Parks Authority.

It is therefore declared that the said bylaws have been amended accordingly.

SCHEDULE

2 (f) No person shall install or operate a portable electric generator in any area of the park without the prior written permission of the board.
