Declaring Land Taken for Street in Block IV, Tiffin Survey District, Borough of Masterton

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Masterton, from and after the 22nd day of September 1977.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the adjoining land held for a public school by Proclamation S. 238265, South Auckland Land Registry (New Zealand Gazette, 1962, Volume II, page 1110).

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Taihape Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for hospital site to a reserve for local purpose (accessway) and further, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Taihape in trust for that purpose.

Privileges and Immunities of Representatives and their Staff Attending a Conference Held under the Auspices of the Office International des Épizooties

WHEREAS the XIth Regional Conference on Epizootics in Asia, the Far East, and Oceania is to be held under the auspices of the Office International des Épizooties in Rotorua from 26 September to 2 October 1977;
And whereas this meeting will be attended by representatives of the Government of New Zealand and representatives of the Governments of other states;
And whereas it appears that doubts may arise as to the privileges and immunities which may be enjoyed by representatives and members of their official staffs attending the said meeting:

Now therefore, pursuant to section 11 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968, the Minister of Foreign Affairs hereby directs that every representative of the said Governments (other than the Government of New Zealand) and the members of their official staffs attending the said meeting shall be accorded the following privileges and immunities:
