Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Resumed and Vested in Block VIII, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands; and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road thirdly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Anthony Richard Perry Circuit, of Kerikeri, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 460892, North Auckland Land Registry, and that the road fourthly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, be added to the scenic reserve described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, and that the road fifthly and sixthly described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest in the said Anthony Richard Perry Circuit, subject to mortgage No. 460892, North Auckland Land Registry, and also hereby resumes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and vests the said land in the said Anthony Richard Perry Circuit, subject to mortgage, No. 460892, North Auckland Land Registry.
