PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a place of public recreation or enjoyment for the benefit of the inhabitants of two or more local districts, within the meaning of and as authorised by section 37 of the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, and shall vest in the Auckland Regional Authority, from and after the 8th day of September 1977.
