PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft amendment is being circulated.

DZ 7421/A1 Draft amendment to NZS 7421:1972 Installation of solid fuel burning and oil burning space heaters. (A4, 8 page, gratis).

NOTE—This amendment is intended to provide a higher level of thermal protection for particle board floors.

All persons who may be affected by this amendment and who desire to comment thereon may obtain copies from the Standards Association of New Zealand, World Trade Center, 15-23 Sturdee Street (or Private Bag), Wellington.

Producers Representative on Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee: Northern Ward
(No. 1769 Ref. 12/3/17)

PURSUANT to the Second Schedule to the Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1976, notice is hereby given that as more than two persons were duly nominated for election to the office of producers representative in the northern ward of the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee, a poll was taken and the results are as follows:

As there was equality of voting between James Rayner and Henry Walker, I exercised my casting vote for Henry Walker.

I hereby declare Donald Patrick Butler and Henry Walker, being the two candidates who received the greater number of votes, to be duly elected as producers representatives in the northern ward of the Otago Raspberry Marketing Committee, dated at Dunedin this 3rd day of August 1977.
