Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Encumbrances, for Maori Housing Purposes in Block XVI, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; as to Lot 12, D.P. 13882, subject to the stormwater and sewage easement in gross created by transfer 315943.6; as to Lot 16, D.P. 13882, subject to and together with the right of way easements specified in easement certificate 315943.2 and created by transfer 317991.1, and subject to the stormwater and sewage easements in gross created by transfers 315943.5 and 315943.6; as to Lot 27, D.P. 13882, subject to the stormwater easement in gross created by transfer 315943.4, from and after the 1st day of September 1977.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for Buildings of the General Government in Block IX, East Cape Survey District, Waiapu County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration, dated the 18th day of February 1977, and published in Gazette, No. 28, 10 March 1977, at page 562, declaring leasehold estates in land taken for buildings of the general government in Block IX, East Cape Survey District, Waiapu County, by omitting reference to “memorandum of lease, No. 75525” and substituting reference to “memorandum of lease, No. 77525”.
