NOTICE is hereby given that a sealed copy of the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 19th day of July 1977 confirming the reduction of the above company's share premium account was registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 18th day of August 1977. The said order is in the words and figures following:
- That the action of the company resolved in the special resolution, passed by the company on the 17th day of December 1976, whereby the company is permitted to distribute up to the sum of $34,000 from the amount standing to the credit of the share premium account of the company (after excluding the sum of $37,749 which represents the balance of the amount standing to the credit of such account as at 31 August 1974 which has not yet been distributed) be confirmed subject to the following terms and conditions:
(1) That the company may not vary or revoke part only of such special resolution without the prior approval of the Court; and
(2) That so long as any part of the said sum of $34,000 remains undistributed the accounts of the company shall be noted to show:
(a) The existence of the said special resolution; and
(b) What part of the said sum remains undistributed but still subject to the said special resolution as at the dates to which those accounts are made up.

That no minute, as referred to in section 78 of the Companies Act 1955, is required and accordingly that no minute need be produced to the Registrar or registered.

That a sealed copy of this order be registered with the Registrar of Companies.

That notice of registration of this order with the Registrar of Companies be published once in New Zealand Gazette.
