THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

of Lot 10, D.P. S. 1617; thence easterly along the northern
boundary of part Section 24, Block I, Waihou Survey District,
and to its production to the middle of the Piako River; thence
generally southerly up the middle of that river to a point in
Block I, Waihou Survey District, at the northern end of the
Waikaka Cut in line with the middle line of that cut; thence
generally south-westerly along a right line to and along the
north-western boundaries of Sections 18 and 19, part Section
20, Lot I, D.P. S. 10461, and Section 50 all in Block IX,
Waihou Survey District, and the production of the last-mentioned
boundary to the point of commencement.

The resolution was confirmed by the Hauraki Plains County
Council at an ordinary meeting held on Wednesday, 10
August 1977.

pursuant to a resolution of the said

Pursuant to the requirement in section 88 of the Counties
Act 1956, I hereby certify that the above resolution by
Special Order was duly made by the Hauraki Plains County
Council on the 13th day of July 1977 and confirmed on the
10th day of August 1977.
