PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Dunedin-Milton motorway, from and after the 25th day of August 1977.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the easement of right of way described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right of way created by Proclamation 5638, for a State Primary School over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, such right of way to be appurtenant also to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, from and after the 25th day of August 1977.
