Road Closed and Vested
ALL that piece of road containing 1448 square metres, situated in Block IV, Matakoe Survey District, adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 25723; marked “E” on plan.
As shown on plan S.O. 50168, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked as above mentioned.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Resumed in Block XII, Waipu Survey District, Otamatea County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otamatea, and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, declares that the road firstly and secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease in perpetuity No. 2230, recorded in register book, Volume 144, folio 207, North Auckland Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Richard Max Wallis of Maungaturoto, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 370402, North Auckland Land Registry, also declares that the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be incorporated in Crown lease in perpetuity No. 2218, recorded in register book, Volume 145, folio 131, North Auckland Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Myrtle Isobel Cullen, widow, and Arnold Cullen, farmer, and William Williams, farmer, all of Maungaturoto, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 203986, North Auckland Land Registry, and also hereby declares that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby resumed for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and incorporated in the above-mentioned Crown lease No. 2230, subject to mortgage No. 370402.

Declaring Land Taken for Better Utilisation, Road, and for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Block IX, Komakorau Survey District, Waikato County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, from and after the 18th day of August 1977.
