CORRIGENDUM
Land Taken for Road in Block V, Waitara Survey District, Taranaki County

In the Proclamation dated the 14th day of June 1977 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 83, 4 August 1977, page 2130, taking land for road in Block V, Waitara Survey District, Taranaki County, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, in the description of the area of land containing 2 roods 3 perches (2099.3 square metres) secondly described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation for “part Marikoriko 1B Block” read “part Matarikoriko 1B Block” which last-mentioned description appears in the original Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General and the Minister of Works and Development.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Haurangi State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949, (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976) I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Haurangi State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WELLINGTON CONSERVANCY—FEATHERSTON COUNTY
LOT 1, D.P. 15017, situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Haurangi Survey District: area, 476.0114 hectares, more or less. All certificate of title, 571/35.

As shown on plan N165/4 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of August 1977.

Amendment to a Proclamation
DENIS BLUNDELL Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS a Proclamation, dated the 20th day of October 1975, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, on the 23rd day of October 1975, pages 2328 to 2331, set apart certain State forest land in the Rotorua Conservancy of the New Zealand Forest Service to be known as the Kaimai-Mamaku State Forest Park, and whereas the name of the survey district described in the fourth appellation of the Second Schedule to the Proclamation read Aongatete Survey District, and whereas the correct name of the said survey district is Katikati Survey District, now, therefore, pursuant to section 21 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim that the survey district described in the aforesaid Second Schedule is hereby amended to read Katikati Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 10th day of August 1977.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
ORDER
1 (i) This order may be cited as the North Canterbury Electric Power District Representation Order 1977.
(ii) This order shall come into force on the date of the next general election of members of local authorities.
