The Thames Valley Electric Power District Representation Order 1977

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 8th day of August 1977
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:

ORDER

  1. (i) This order may be cited as the Thames Valley Electric Power District Representation Order 1977.
    (ii) This order shall come into force on the date of the next general election of members of local authorities.

  2. The constituent districts of the Thames Valley Electric Power District, which are bracketed together in the first column of the Schedule hereto, shall be combined districts for the purpose of the said Act.

  3. The local authority of the constituent district distinguished in the first column of the said Schedule by the letter "(P)" shall be the principal local authority for the said combined district.

  4. The number of representatives of each constituent district of the Thames Valley electric power district on the Thames Valley Electric Power Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district.

  5. The Order in Council reapportioning representation on the Thames Valley Electric Power Board, dated the 29th day of July 1959, and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 30th day of July 1959 at p. 1035, is hereby revoked.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (i) This order may be cited as the Central Hawke’s Bay Electric Power District Representation Order 1977.
    (ii) This order shall come into force on the date of the next general election of members of local authorities.

  2. The riding and group of ridings set out in the first column of the Schedule hereto shall be constituent districts for the purpose of the said Act.

  3. The constituent districts of the Central Hawke’s Bay electric power district, which are bracketed together in the first column of the Schedule hereto, shall be a combined district for the purpose of the said Act.

  4. The local authority of the constituent district distinguished in the first column of the said Schedule by the letter “(P)” shall be the principal local authority for the constituent districts and combined district referred to in clauses 2 and 3 above.

  5. The number of representatives of each constituent district or combined district on the Central Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board shall be the number specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of that constituent district or combined district.

  6. The Order in Council apportioning representation on the Central Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board, dated 22 July 1974, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, on 8 August 1974, at p. 1652, is hereby revoked.

Fixing of Trigger Price for Wool (No. 1781; Ag. 3803)

Pursuant to regulation 20 of the Wool Income Stabilisation Regulations 1976, the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries hereby fixes the trigger price for wool at 215 c/kg (greasy) to apply during the 1977/78 wool selling season.
