PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims
as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which
land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Hawke’s Bay, hereby proclaims as closed
the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby
takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, for the
purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and hereby
declares that the road described in the said Second Schedule
and the land described in the said Third Schedule shall, when
so closed and taken, vest in Rangiora Farm Limited, a duly
incorporated company having its registered office at Napier.
