Amending a Declaration Taking an Easement over Land for Sanitary Drainage Purposes in the Borough of Te Aroha

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 31st day of January 1977, published in Gazette, No. 14, 10 February 1977, at page 268, declaring a drainage easement taken for sanitary drainage purposes, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the First Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
