Price Order No. 64 (Amendment No. 2 of Price Order No. 37)
(Phosphatic Fertilisers)
PURSUANT to the Commerce Act 1975, I, Peter Edward
Donovan, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of
Trade and Industry, hereby make the following price order:
-
This order may be cited as Price Order 64 and shall be
read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 37*
as amended by Price Order 43† (hereafter referred to as
the principal order). -
This order shall come into force on the 22nd day of
July 1977. -
The principal order is hereby amended by increasing
the maximum prices of all phosphatic fertilisers to which
that order applies, being the prices specified in First to Ninth
Schedules thereto, by $2.50 per tonne.
