Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for service lane purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be dedicated by the Papakura City Council as a service lane.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—PAPAKURA CITY
Lot 3, D.P. 42093, being part Allotments 7 and 16, Section 2, Village of Papakura, situated in Block IV, Drury Survey District: area, 189 square metres, more or less. Part certificate of title, No. 504/106, of the North Auckland Land Registry.

Reservation of Land and Addition to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, declares that the said reserve shall be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf maritime park to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block V, Russell Survey District, Bay of Islands County

PURSUANT to section 191B Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Bay of Islands County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a public reserve set apart in aid of borough funds over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, such land to remain subject to existing registered leases numbered 10867, 10868, 10869, 10870, Otago Land Registry, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Alexandra Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from sale to be invested in the Borough Council’s special fund account for general capital development, or in other land or in securities of other local authorities, or on deposit with the National Provident Fund or any bank, or in first mortgage loans, for staff housing, in order to preserve the endowment.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for parking purposes, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Papakura City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
