Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Road and the Use,
Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Block VIII, Kaeo
Survey District and in Block II, Kerikeri Survey District,
Whangaroa County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
Declaration dated the 29th day of March 1977 and published
in Gazette, No. 36, 31 March 1977, at page 952, declaring
land taken for road and for the use, convenience, or enjoy-
ment of a road in Block VIII, Kaeo Survey District, and in
Block II, Kerikeri Survey District, Whangaroa County, by
omitting the First and Second Schedules and substituting
the following Schedules.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby pro-
claims as an access way the land described in the Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the Borough of Hawera.

SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 229 square metres, being
Lot 45, D.P. 11684, situated in the Borough of Hawera,
being part Notice No. 176341, Taranaki Land Registry.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Land Taken and Road Closed in
the Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims
as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which
land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Rangitikei; also hereby takes the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto for the purposes of
subsection (6) of the said section 29 which land shall, when
so taken, vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants
of the County of Rangitikei; and also hereby proclaims as
closed the road described in the Third Schedule hereto.

Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL that piece of road containing 1729 square metres, situated
in Block II, Rangitoto Survey District, being part Lot 1,

Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 2593 square metres, situated
in Block II Rangitoto, and Block XIV, Whangaehu Survey
Districts, adjoining or passing through Lot 1, D.P. 12465,
part Lot 1, D.P. 9989, and Section 362, Rangitikei District;
marked ‘C’ on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 30828, lodged in the office of the
Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon marked as above
mentioned.

Declaring Land Taken for a Limited Access Road and for
Better Utilisation in Block X, Cambridge Survey District,
Matamata County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a limited access road and the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation,
from and after the 21st day of July 1977.

Limited Access Road

ALL that piece of land containing 7838 square metres, being
part Lot 1 of Section 11, Block X, Cambridge Survey District;
