PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for secondary schools, from and after the 21st day of July
1977.

together with such parts of the mines of coal or other
minerals under the surface of the other part of section 9,
hatched black on the plan thereon, as are not taken by Proclamation 2004 for the generation of electricity (housing), from and after the 21st day of July 1977.
