NOTICE is hereby given that a final meeting of members will be held at the office of Barr, Burgess & Stewart, Twelfth Floor, CML Centre, 157-165 Queen Street, Auckland 1, on the 29th day of July 1977, at 4 p.m.
The liquidator will present final accounts of the liquidation to the meeting.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of WESTPORT TAXIS (1974) LTD. (in liquidation):
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance to section 291 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the office of Wood & Drage, 18 Wakefield Street, Westport, on Wednesday, the 27th day of July 1977, at 2.15 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance to section 291 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the office of Wood & Drage, 18 Wakefield Street, Westport, on Wednesday, the 27th day of July 1977, at 2 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further business:
(1) To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution:
That the books and papers of the company be held in the custody of Wood & Drage, Chartered Accountants, of Westport, for a period of not less than 5 years from the date on which the company is deemed to be dissolved, and that at the expiration of that period such books and papers be disposed of as Wood & Drage see fit.
(2) To consider the liquidator’s remuneration.

To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
That the books of the company and the papers of the liquidator be disposed of at the discretion of the liquidator.
