Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block VI, Paritutu Survey District, County of Taranaki

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taranaki, from and after the 14th day of July 1977.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of the Napier-Hastings Motorway in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 22nd day of April 1977, published in Gazette, No. 46, 28 April 1977, page 1226, declaring land taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of the Napier-Hastings Motorway in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting from the last line of the Schedule the words “coloured sepia, bordered sepia” and substituting the words “coloured sepia”.
