Notice is hereby given that, by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 27th day of June 1977, passed the following extraordinary resolution:

(1) That the company, by reason of its liabilities, cannot continue in business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

(2) That T. J. Butler, of Auckland, be nominated as liquidator.

A meeting of creditors will accordingly be held at 10 a.m., on Friday, 8 July 1977, in the Conference Room, Hall of Commerce, 2 Courthouse Lane, Auckland 1, to consider a statement of the company’s position and to confirm or to appoint a liquidator.
