PURSUANT to section 11 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that a grant of plant selectors’ rights have been made by the Registrar of Plant Varieties as specified in the Schedule to this notice.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973, notice is hereby given that application for grant of protective direction and application for grant of plant selectors’ rights, as specified in the Schedule hereto, have been received by the Registrar of Plant Varieties.

If any interested person considers he is likely to be unfairly affected by any application for a grant of plant selectors’ rights, he may lodge an objection with the Registrar within two months of the date of this Gazette. Objections must comply with section 19 of the Plant Varieties Act 1973.
