Unclaimed Property—Notice of Election by the Public Trustee to become Manager under Part V of the Public Trust Office Act 1957
WHEREAS WALTER COOK whose last known address was of Blue Spur in Otago, Miner, is the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto AND WHEREAS after due enquiry it is not known where the said Walter Cook is or whether he is alive or dead AND WHEREAS the Public Trustee having made due enquiry does not know of any agent or administrator of the said Walter Cook in New Zealand with authority to take possession of and administer the said property AND WHEREAS the gross value of the said property (as estimated by the Public Trustee) does not exceed Four thousand dollars ($4,000) and for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 80 the Public Trustee is satisfied that it is advisable in the interests of the occupier of the said property or to secure the development or better utilisation of the land that he should become manager thereof:
NOW THEREFORE the Public Trustee in exercise of the authority conferred upon him by the said subsection (2) of section 80 of the said Act HEREBY ELECTS to be manager of the said property under Part V of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT parcel of land containing 1788 square metres a little more or less situated in the Tuapeka East District being Section one hundred and twenty-four (124) Block nineteen (XIX) shown on the Public Map of the said District deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 126 folio 63 Otago Registry.

Dangerous Goods Act 1974: Approval of Pumps for Reselling Dangerous Goods of Class 3 (A)
PURSUANT to section 30 of the Dangerous Goods Act 1974, the Chief Inspector hereby approves the following types of pump for delivery of motor spirits for retail sale from underground tanks.
Avery Hardoll—Models A.H. 101, A.H. 888, A.H. 2820, Series 3000, 3000B and 4000.
Series 4301, single grade pump in the same cabinet separated by a lube oil space.
Beckmeter—Models B, C, D, M, M2, M3, M501, M70, M701, M77, M771.
*(These pumps are M3 or M501 pumps remodelled into the M70 or M77 image).
Gilbarco—T.C. Series—Models 5S and 2B.
Salesmaker 1000 Series.
Trimline T160 Series—Models A to F.
Trimline T170 Dual Series—Models A, B and D.
Keytrol Unit—Model N18950 with 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 keys.
The above pumps, unless otherwise stated, are approved for use whether situated inside or outside buildings. Pumps noted as being approved for use only outside buildings may be installed in areas complying with the provisions of regulation 71 of the Dangerous Goods Regulations 1958.
The notice of approval of pumps for reselling Dangerous Goods of Class 1 published in the New Zealand Gazette of 2 April 1959, No. 20, p. 419 is hereby revoked.
