PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration, dated the 26th day of January 1977, and published in the Gazette 17 February 1977, No. 16, page 337, declaring land taken, subject to certain encumbrances for the transmission of electricity in the City of Waitemata, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by inserting the words “for the transmission of electricity” after the words “transfer No. 589229” and before the words “from and after the 17th day of February 1977.
