5 and its production to the middle of the Maharakccke Stream; thence down the middle of that stream to and down the right banks of the Makaretu, Tukipo, and Tukituki Rivers to the eastern side of the Wellington-Napier Railway; thence southerly along that side to the northern boundary of Waipukurau Block (30N); thence easterly along that boundary to the eastern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 1667; thence northerly along the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Tukituki River; thence down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.
