Maori Land Development Notice

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby give notice as follows:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice, Rotorua, 1977, No. 6.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962* I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give the following notice.

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Motor Launch (Lake Aratiatia and Waikato River) Notice 1977.

(b) This notice shall remain in force for a period of 5 years from 6 May 1977, but the Minister reserves the right to revoke this notice if at any time the operations of exempted jet boats cause detrimental effects
