Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Blocks XII and XVI, Mangatu Survey District, Waikohu
County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Waikohu and hereby pro-
claims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto which land shall vest in Daniel Francis Alley, of
Puha, farmer, subject to mortgages 28632, 77172, and 77173,
Gisborne Land Registry.

Airspace Above Land and Land Proclaimed as Street and
Access Way in the Borough of Green Island
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as street the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the Borough of Green Island, hereby pro-
claims as access way the land first and fourthly described
in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims as
access way all that portion of airspace as is situated above
a plane marked B-C on plan S.O. 17265 above the surface
of the land, secondly described in the Second Schedule
hereto, and hereby proclaims as access way all that portion
of airspace as is situated above a plane marked C-D on
plan S.O. 17265 above the surface of the land thirdly
described in the Second Schedule hereto, which land and
airspace shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
