IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of the CANTERBURY FROZEN MEAT COMPANY LTD.:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court, dated the 6th day of May 1977, confirming on the following terms and conditions the distribution from the share premium account of the above-named company referred to in the resolution of shareholders, made on the 16th day of December 1976, namely:

(a) Parts (b) and (c) of resolution No. 2 be not varied without the prior approval of the Supreme Court; and

(b) So long as any part of the sum of $324,670 in the share premium account remains undistributed, the accounts of the company shall be noted so as to show:

(i) The existence of the resolution of 16 December 1976, and

(ii) What part of the sum remains undistributed but still subject to the resolution,

was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch, on the 15th day of June 1977.
