Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Maori people of Dargaville and such reservation to be known as Te Houhanga Wahitapu.

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in those notices was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas for the purpose of gazetting the land under one notice it is considered necessary to replace the notices aforesaid. Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice, Hamilton, 1977, No. 3.
- The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.
- The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
