Declaring Land Taken for Road in Block XIV, Ngatimaru Survey District, County of Stratford

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Stratford, from and after the 27th day of January 1977.
