ALL that piece, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the seaward side of a retaining wall at the south-western end of Otago Harbour in line with the middle line of Orari Street, being a point on the generally north-eastern boundary of the Electoral District of Dunedin Central, hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally south-westerly along that boundary to the mean high-water mark of the sea; thence generally north-easterly, northerly, and south-westerly along the mean high-water mark of the sea to the north-western side of the causeway across Andersons Bay; thence south-westerly along that causeway to the seaward side of the retaining wall at the south-western end of Otago Harbour; thence north-westerly along that retaining wall to the point of commencement; and including all wharves and other extensions seaward, and also including Pudding Island and other adjacent islands.
