TIMARU

ALL that piece, bounded by a line, commencing at the middle of the mouth of the Pareora River and proceeding north-westerly generally up the middle of that river to a point in line with the original north-eastern side of Parcora Gorge Road, Block XIII, Pareora Survey District; thence north-westerly generally to and along that roadside and the north-eastern side of Cannington Road to the south-western side of Mackenzie Country Road (No. 8 S.H.); thence south-easterly along that roadside to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Rural Section 5209 in Block V, Pareora Survey District; thence north-easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Tengawai River being a point on the generally southern boundary of the Electoral District of Ashburton, hereinbefore described; thence south-westerly generally along that boundary to the mean high-water mark of the sea; thence south-westerly generally along the mean high-water mark to the point of commencement and including all wharves and other extensions seaward.

Station A, Kakanui Peak; thence generally north-westerly along the generally south-western boundary of part Run 681 and its production to the middle of a public road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Run 206D and Run 736; thence generally north-westerly along the middle of that road to Trig Station I, Mount Nobbler; thence generally northerly along a right line bearing 6Β°03' to and along the eastern boundaries of Run 736 and its production to the northern side of Danseys Pass Road; thence generally northerly along the generally eastern boundaries of Part Run 576 to its intersection with the watershed through that run, being a point distant 390 metres approximately south-west of Trig. Station Y, Kyeburn Survey District; thence generally north-westerly along that watershed to the north-western boundary of that run; thence generally south-westerly along the generally north-western boundary of part Run 576 to its intersection with the watershed running across the south-western corner of part Run 574, being a point distant 1000 metres approximately north-east of Trig. I, Mount Ida; thence generally north-westerly along the summit of the Hawkdun Range to the southern boundary of Gala Survey District; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Runs 201F, 201E, and 201B to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned run; thence generally south-westerly along a leading ridge, through Old Man Peak to Lindis Pass; thence generally north-westerly along the summit of the range passing through Trig. N, Lindis Survey District, Dromedary Hill, Trig. H2, Longslip Survey District, Pavilion Peak, Mount Melina, Mount Martha, Birch Hill, Trig. Q, Longslipside Survey District, Trigs. A, Mount Gladwish, Trigs. D, and E, Stafford Survey District, Mount Rigel, Mount Barth, and Mount Huxley to Mount Strauchon on the summit of the Southern Alps; thence north-easterly along the summit of the Southern Alps to McClure Peak, Block IV, Torlesse Survey District, being a common point on the south-eastern boundary of the Electoral District of West
