generally southerly along the main channel of that estuary and up the middle of the
Kaikokopu Canal and Mangatoetoe Stream to the middle of the East Coast main
trunk railway; thence generally westerly along the middle of that railway to the
middle of the Waiari Stream; thence generally southerly up the middle of the said
Waiari Stream to and up the middle of Mangatoi Stream to a point in line with the
