All that area bounded by a line commencing at the middle of the mouth of the southern branch of the Waipoua River in Block V, Waipoua Survey District; and proceeding north-westerly and easterly generally, along the middle of the Waipoua River to its intersection with the western boundary of Block VIII, Waipoua Survey District; thence northerly along the western boundaries of Blocks VIII and IV, Waipoua Survey District, and easterly along the northern boundaries of Block IV, Waipoua Survey District, and Block I, Tutamoe Survey District, to and along the north-western boundaries of Section 16, Block I, Tutamoe Survey District, and that last boundary produced to the middle of the Mangakahia River in Block XIII, Punakitere Survey District; thence easterly generally along the middle of the Mangakahia River to a point in line with the western boundary of Section 3, Block XV, Punakitere Survey District; thence northerly along a right line to and along the western boundary of Section 3, crossing the public road which intersects that Section 3, and along the generally northern boundary of Section 3 and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Mangaraupo Stream; thence easterly down the middle of the Mangaraupo Stream and again down the middle of the Mangakahia River to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Aukumeroa No. 2 Block in Block IV, Tutamoe Survey District; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Aukumeroa No. 2 Block and the production of that boundary to the middle of the Mangakahia River; thence easterly down the middle of that river to and northerly up the middle of the Awarua River to a point in line with the southern boundary of part Nukutawhiti Block shown on D.P. 9193; thence easterly along a right line across a public road, and along the southern boundary of part Nukutawhiti Block, parts of which now form the southern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, D.P. 11394, to its junction with the western boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 27693, in Block I, Mangakahia Survey District; thence north-easterly along a right line to and along that south-eastern boundary to and easterly along the right bank of the Waitaua Stream to the western side of Vinegar Hill Road; thence northerly along the production of that western side to and easterly down the middle of Waitaua Stream to and up the middle of the Mangakino Stream to a point in Block I, Whangarei Survey District, in line with the eastern boundary of Kahakaharoa 2 Block; thence northerly generally along a right line to and along that boundary and its production to and easterly generally up the middle of the Mangahahuru Stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of the Titihi Block; thence easterly along a right line to and along the northern boundaries of Titihi Block and Lot 1, D.P. 45058, to and southerly along the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 45058, and along a right line to the middle of the Ngunguru River;
