IN THE MATTER OF the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER OF E. W. PETERSON & SONS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 324 Tristram Street, Hamilton:
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 27th day of May 1977 presented to the said Court by A. F. CADNESS LIMITED; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on Thursday, the 14th day of July 1977 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

The notice must state the name, address, and description of the firm and address for service within 3 miles of the office of the Supreme Court at Hamilton, and must be signed by the person or firm or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be served or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner’s address for service not later than 4 o'clock in the afternoon of Wednesday, the 13th day of July 1977.

HUNTLY BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Huntly Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, waterworks; and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby given that the plan of the piece of land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Huntly Borough Council, Main Street, Huntly, and is there open for inspection by all persons without fee during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land containing 2031 square metres, more or less, situated in Block XII, Rangiriri Survey District, described as being that part of Allotment 735, Taupiri Parish, marked “A” on S.O. Plan 49045, and being part of the land contained and described in certificate of title, Register 21D, folio 1129 (South Auckland Land District).
The said piece of land is on the south side of Kimihia Road.

JOINT FAMILY HOMES ACT 1964
NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned person has, by the application enumerated below, applied under the Joint Family Homes Act 1964, to register as a joint family home the land situated and described as shown after the name of the said applicant; and that the land will be registered accordingly unless a caveat, forbidding the granting of the application, is lodged with me, under that Act, at the Land Registry Office at Hamilton, before the 15th day of September 1977, by some person claiming either to be a creditor of the applicant or to have some estate or interest in the said land.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of FIRTH INDUSTRIES LTD., a public company duly incorporated in New Zealand, and having its registered office at 558–588 Te Rapa Road in the City of Hamilton:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court, dated the 23rd day of May 1977, confirming the special resolution of the company, of the 27th day of January 1977, authorising the company to distribute to holders from time to time of the ordinary shares in the capital of the company the sum of $261,523, being that portion of the credit in the share premium reserve account at the date hereof, which has been created on the issue of shares in the company at a premium, between the 31st day of March 1975 and the 29th day of July 1976, subject to the directors’ transferring to a capital replacement fund, prior to making any such distribution, such capital replacement fund not to be available for the payment of dividends nor without the approval of the Supreme Court, for distributions to shareholders, but may be applied in paying out unissued shares of the company as fully paid bonus shares, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 10th day of June 1977.

NOTICE OF REGISTRATION OF ORDER AND MINUTE
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of KEVEY & TOWERS PROPERTIES LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Third Floor, Nagel House, Courthouse Lane, Auckland:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 5th day of April 1977, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $30,000 to $7,000, and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 8th day of June 1977. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
The capital of the company be reduced from thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) divided into fifteen thousand ($15,000) shares of two dollars ($2) each to seven thousand dollars ($7,000) divided into seven thousand (7000) shares of one dollar ($1) each, and that such reduction be affected by paying to each shareholder the sum of one dollar and thirty five cents ($1.35) for each share held by him.
