Notice Amending the Waipara Branding Registration District (Notice No. 1709 Ag. 6/8/2/2)

PURSUANT to subsection 2 of section 70 of the Animals Act 1967, and to a delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture and Fisheries, under section 10 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the said section 70 (2) the Acting Director, Animal Health Division of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, hereby revokes the description of the Waipara Branding District as set out in the Gazette Notice No. 8180*, and substitutes therefore the description set out in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that area comprising the County of Hurunui, as constituted from time to time, and including all boroughs and town districts in and adjacent to that area.

PURSUANT to section 195 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Otago and Southland Part-Time and Full-Time Dairy Factory Secretaries’ Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 1826, situated at Cargill Chambers, corner of Kelvin and Spey Streets, Invercargill, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.
