Evidence of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 13A, folio 463, for 516 square metres, being Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 40531, in the name of Rona Mary Chapman, of Plimmerton, married woman, having been lodged with me together with an application No. 173684.6 to dispense with production of the said certificate of title for the purpose of registering a discharge of mortgage of the said fee simple estate in the said land from Philip Brandon and Terence Charles Brandon to Rona Mary Chapman, notice is hereby given of my intention to register the said discharge of mortgage and to dispense with the production of certificate of title, Volume 13A, folio 463, upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
