Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a recreation, camping, and fishing place for the common use and benefit of the Maori owners, their descendants, and kinsmen.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land, situated in Block XI of the Mangamuka Survey District and described as follows:

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purposes of a marae and urupa to be known as Waimahana marae for the common use and benefit of the peoples of Ngati Tahu and Ngati Whaoa.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purpose of a marae, burial ground, fishing ground and a wild life sanctuary for the common use or benefit of the descendants of the persons in whom the land known as Komene 13 Block was vested by a Partition Order of the Maori Land Court, dated 9 July 1915.
