Declaration that Part of the Waikouaiti Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Change of the Purpose of the Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Waikouaiti Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act changes the purpose of the said reserve from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for Government purpose (wildlife management).

Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve and Declaration that the Said Reserve shall be Subject to the Provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, as a reserve for Government purpose (wildlife management), and further, declares that the said reserve shall be subject to the provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953.
